1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using DentalPass Pro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
DentalPass Pro provides a membership management platform for independent dental practices. We are not a dental provider, nor do we provide dental insurance. We simply provide the software platform for practices to manage their own in-house membership plans.
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
4. Subscription and Billing
The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually). Payments are processed securely via Stripe. DentalPass Pro charges flat-rate monthly fees and does not retain any percentage revenue share from practice patient membership transactions.
5. Patient Data and HIPAA Compliance
You maintain ownership of all patient data entered into the Service. We implement reasonable security measures designed to protect your data and comply with applicable HIPAA regulations where a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is in place.
6. Text Messaging & SMS Terms (A2P Compliance)
When you or your practice opt-in to SMS messaging from DentalPass Pro, you consent to receive informational and transactional text messages regarding your account, billing, and membership alerts. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for support.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
